Yup your right Rebel CC is not a script but a preset, thanks!

Are there any free / cheap presets / scripts that you use often and find valuable?

trashing my preferences did the trick….I found a shortcut to trash your prefs here it is:

Trash AE Prefenences:
Restart AE while holding down the Command + Option + Shift keys

I am using the warp effect and it does collapse my pre comp.

However still when i select continuous raster button the proportions of my pre comp are different then the way i created it in the origins. my animation is different and i dont know why?

Thanks but I understand that.

What I am asking is that even when i preform a ram preview i am not getting the green indicator bar?
So when I ram preview I dont get the green bar

Yes I emptyed the cache and restarted after effects and can now ram preview.

I don’t believe the play head was at the end of the comp but it may have been, good thing to look out for in the future.

Thanks a lot for your and Dave LaRonde’s help. By clicking the pixel aspect correction bottom I can view the footage in 16:9.

I had no idea that DVCPro 720p is actually 4:3. I going to download Throttle 1.2 and give that a try and see what looks best. Once I download Throttle, should I put it in the After Effects Scripts folder?

Also for this project I am combining footage that was shoot in DVCPro 720p and 1080p (which Final Cut Pro is calling the 1080p footage Apple Pro Res 422)

In your opinion what is the best way to combine both of these formats?

thanks. this system was set up before I started working here. Im have trouble capturing i found a AJA Kona 2 firmware updater and it is saying that I I can upgrade the firmware, should I do that?

i dont know what you mean by composite order. I m putting a gradient on the shape layer and it is taking away the stroke I need the gradient and the stroke. So what i did was duplicated the shape layer take off the gradient of the duplicate. Put the duplicate layer behind the gradient shape layer and extend the stroke a bit so it shows and them pre comped that. Is there a simpler way.
