  • Hi Lasvideo.

Thanks for the head up. We may have a compatibility problem with a browser.

Could you send me your specs?
    – Which OS (Mac/Win)
    – Which browser (IE/Safari/Firefox)

I’ll try to duplicate the problem with your specs.

    Thanks.

  • Hi Willi.

Would it be possible for you to send me your project?
I’d be happy to take a look. You may have found a bug.

    Send files to: matt@zaxwerks.com

    Thanks.

    Hi Richard.

We’ll take a look at this issue.

For now, I believe you can drag the window to a corner (or even off screen)
to get it out of your way.

Let us know if this is workaround works for you.

    Hello Hahaiah.

If you’re able to send me a sample scene, I’d be happy to take a look.

Just send me the .aep file (no media files). Send them to: matt@zaxwerks.com
Please describe the steps I need to take to replicate your problem.

    Thanks.

    Hi Russ.

We’ve done some testing on Intel Macs and haven’t had any trouble yet.
Everything seems to run fine in Rosetta.

If any other users out there have had trouble with using Zaxwerks products on
Intel Macs, please let us know.

When the Intel-native version of After Effects is ready (some time next year,
according to reports), we’ll be ready.

    Hi Warrior.

If you’re able to send me your project — the one that crashes when you duplicate a layer,
I’d be happy to take a look. You have probably found a bug.

I should only need your .aep file.
    Send files to: matt@zaxwerks.com

    Thanks a lot.

    Hi Mathieu.

We’re working with Apple to offer FCP support.
We currently don’t have a version that works properly, however.

    Stay tuned.

November 9, 2006 at 6:33 pm in reply to: ProAnimator Lights

    Hi Tom.

It is possible to have animated lights in the After Effects version of ProAnimator
by adding lights to the Comp and checking the “Use Comp Lights” checkbox in the ECW.

The standalone application does not currently support animated lights.

November 6, 2006 at 3:23 pm in reply to: EXPORT A MODEL FROM AFTER EFFECTS TO PROMODELER

    Hello S. A.

If you have your original After Effects scene, you can open it
and render a high-res image by changing the size of your Comp
and rendering a single image to a Photoshop file. AE can handle this quite well.

Do you have your original AE scene?

    Thanks.
