    Hi you all,

I’ve downloaded the zaxwerks proanimator and the invigator. then i
installed both, opened the proanimator and created two 3D Text
Effects and one vectorcraphic importet from Adobe Illustrator CS2.

I can animate and do what ever i want, then i save the whole thing
as a adobe after effects projects. After i closed an reopened after
effects, and open the proanimator window, the elements have no
positions, eg. the text is in the wrong place. but the camera is
still animated and run the right way, but i cant see a camera
track… and all the opbjects tracks have lost their names. also i
cant drag any objects. If i click on cancel i get the error “Unable
    to Complete the operation. (*6)”.

My System is a P4 3,6 Ghz with 2048 MB RAM and a ATI Radeon EAX600
    (128MB PCI-Ex).
Operating System is Windows Xp Pro. After Effects Version 6.5.1
with Zaxwerks ProAnimator 4.0.3 (i think its the newest?)

Is it possible that the wohle would run better with an Apple Mac
and OS X? Or does ProAnimator give better support for Adobe After
    Effects 7? should i upgrade?

do someone know where is the problem?

    thanks in advance

    Hi Willi.

Would it be possible for you to send me your project?
I’d be happy to take a look. You may have found a bug.

    Send files to: [email protected]

    Thanks.

Did you ever get an answer to this? I’m having the same problem.

I get the same error. Mine happens when I try to render at specific resolutions (640×480 with blur, NTSC 720×480, NTSC Widescreen). Other resolutions (like HDTV) work fine.
Also I notice that when I try to render, just before giving me the error I see the render options window where you can select compression, frame rate, key frames and color depth. There is no color depth information at all. No little window and no drop down options. Everything else is there, but no color info. Perhaps this is why it is giving me the error?
