AE crashes when duplicating a 3d invig (AE solid) layer.
Greetings all!
I am trying to create a raytraced logo as described in the tut in this forum by Jon Okerstrom. When I get to the point where I have to duplicate the 3d invig solid layer in the AE timeline, AE crashes. I can successfully duplicate all other layers in the AE timeline without problems. It is only the solid layer with the 3d invig applied that causes the crash. Any help is always appreciated!
Running:
AE 7.0 Pro.

If you’re able to send me your project — the one that crashes when you duplicate a layer,
I’d be happy to take a look. You have probably found a bug.I should only need your .aep file.

This occurs on any project I create in AE.
I will send you a project that contains nothing more than a single comp with a single solid that has text applied via 3d invig.
When I try to duplicate the solid from the “Edit” menu I get the same results. A crash of AE.Thanks for your help Matt!
