    Hi Sean.

We do our best to identify available fonts and process their font files (since we need to extract glyph outlines).

I’m not sure how Font Agent Pro works, but I would expect for it to tell us which fonts are available on the system.

If you have a font that doesn’t show up in the list, I’d be happy to install it on my machine and see
if I can get it to work. Assuming you can send me the font file, send it to: matt@zaxwerks.com

In the meantime, I’d suggest you upgrade to the most current version of Invigorator PRO (v4.0.9).
You can get it from: https://www.zaxwerks.com/download

    We’ll go from there.

    Thanks.

    Hi Jim.

I’d love to see a screenshot. Thanks.

I’m pretty sure it’s an OpenGL issue, but this is a good start.

Also, please tell me which graphics card you have in your system and
whether or not you’re using dual monitors.

    Thanks.

    Hi Jim.

Let’s see if deleting the Preferences file(s) helps.

For version 4.1, we moved the Preferences file into the user’s Preferences folder.

    Try this:
    1. Locate your ProAnimator folder within the AE 7 plug-ins folder.
    2. Find the file called “Zaxwerks ProAnimator Prefs” and delete it (or rename it to something else).
    3. Locate your Library/Preferences folder in your home folder (/Users//Library/Preferences).
    4. Find the file called “Zaxwerks ProAnimator Prefs” and delete it (or rename it to something else).

If this doesn’t solve your problem, please tell me what happens when you open the PA Setup window in more detail.
Does a window open? Is it empty? Do you get the spinning ball right away? Etc.

    Thanks.

  • Hi Jase.

Can you post a picture of what you’re seeing?

If not, can you send me a picture? (matt@zaxwerks.com)

I’m not sure if it’s a bug or if it’s just the way things work.

    Thanks.

    Hi Glendon.

    I’d suggest two steps:
    1. Upgrade to the latest version of ProAnimator v4.1 — I believe this bug may be fixed.

    2. If that doesn’t work, please send me an example file with a set of steps to follow. I’ll take a look.

    Thanks a lot.

    Hello everyone.

While I haven’t heard back from Jacob, his issue seems to be that he was previewing with motion blur on — which slowed down the rendering.

    Hello mellogrfx.

If you’d like to send me your file, I’m sure we can find a few simple
modifications to get it to work for you. You may have also found a bug.

If you have a chance, send your file to: matt@zaxwerks.com

    Thanks.

    Hi Jacob.

Would you be able to send me a version of your scene to test?
I’d be happy to take a look.

I’m not sure what’s changed that significantly — but maybe your file will show us.

You can send files to: matt@zaxwerks.com

    Thanks a lot.

  • Hi Lasvideo.

    Try again.

They work for me in Windows XP – IE 7.

I did make a change that lets Windows users install the Quicktime plug-in if it’s not there already.

    Thanks.
