Hi Dotan.

It looks like you may need to update to the latest version of the Invigorator (we’re at v4.0.9).
You can find the current version here:
https://www.zaxwerks.com/download

Let me know if you still get these problems after updating.

Can you please tell us more information about the error?
For example:
– Which program/plug-in are you using? Invig? ProAnimator?
– Which version?
– Which operating are you using? Mac? PC?

Chances are, you’ll need to update to the current version of the plug-in.

I’d suggest you update to the latest version of ProAnimator (4.1) on the
Zaxwerks web site. Updating will likely solve your problems.
