Doug and Greg and anyone else following.
We were able to reproduce the issue here with multiple programs exporting the same audio using the Batch Export function.
For the time being I would recommend not using the feature.
Engineering is looking into the issue.

Sounds like you might be trying to open a Red 3 effect with Red 4.
Do you know specifically what version you came from and have installed now?

Have you tried breaking the roll into two pages. I know there might be some limits as far as characters or pixels.

You say it won’t import when you transfer to the Mac first.
Do you mean it won’t let you select the file?
What type of file is it?

A media drive would simply be a drive dedicated for storage.
So you are using internal drives.
Do you have the drives mounted on your desktop? If so get info on the drive and look how full the drive is.

Where are you storing the media? How large are your media drives and how much space is available on them?
