If you have BCC it come with the BCC page turn filter:

Have you tried trashing your FCP Cache files:
To do so go to the “GO” menu in finder and choose home. Then navigate to Library> Preferences> Final Cut Pro User Data. Trash the “Final Cut Pro OBJ Cache” and “Final Cut Pro Prof Cache”

Sorry this limitation is Mac only. Always check the release notes though, the information there is always correct.

As of right now the 3D Objects filters do not work in 64 Bit. This is something that is actively being worked on.
