    Hi John,

Thank you for responding. I do understand that as an issue, and i think i may have just been unlucky in the last 2 weeks, because i have edited over 150 weddings with vegas, and its only the last 2 that have required any ‘fixing’…. ive just loaded the first dance for the next wedding and over dubed the org track, and its fine – which makes me think just an unlucky run.

    Hi Steve,

This worked – problem solved – thank you so much……. I think i understand the issue now too.

I dont think there was a missing file, just too many files for vegas to cope with in the project. I have moved over to card based filming and was dropping all the media files into the project (100’s). Now in the ceremony for example, removing the unused media took eveything out except 4 files.

    Thank you one again.

    Kind regards

    Hi Steve,

yes im using the ‘=’ signed template. There isant a template for DVDA as there is for DVD though. And it looks like the properties in DVDA has a 18000 bitrate.

I Have found a work around – luckly i had render out a early version. It has gone however. At the time the whole project had been highlighted, for rendering, thats when i guess delete was pusshed, and the project closed !!!! thank goodness id rendered out a copy earlier – it would have been a weeks work lost otherwise. The moral – dont dust…..EVER !!!!

August 26, 2011 at 9:37 pm in reply to: Best Render Settings For Blu-ray

    Hi Jon,

Long time to email. I’ve been reading this thread with interest as I’ve just bought a couple of z5 Sony cameras. This now means I can film in 1080 50i or 25p. Is there any problem creating a Bluray from 25p? Or should I stick to 50i. Regards Martin.
