September 10, 2010 at 5:01 am in reply to: Change Direction/Gravity of Flame Line Particle EmitterThat’s because that emitter uses the Gravity simulation behavior to animate the direction of the particles (negative gravity to make them go up).
Deactivate the Gravity behavior and instead select the Emitter and increase the Speed amount (after rotating the emitter or the layer containing the emitter by 90 degrees. You may need negative speed depending on the direction of your rotation.

Link the position of your second text box to a dummy text field so you can control its position FCP – here’s a video that describes the process

September 2, 2010 at 1:50 pm in reply to: Exporting Motion Titles to Anamorphic Film SequenceAdding a checkmark to the Anamorphic parameter in project properties, as I suggested, does the same thing as changing the Aspect ratio directly like you did. Like I said, sometimes the flag gets lost between Motion and FCP. Nothing you can do about it.

September 2, 2010 at 1:27 pm in reply to: Exporting Motion Titles to Anamorphic Film SequenceDid you confirm the anamorphic flag is set? It sometimes gets missed between FCP and Motion – that is the usual culprit.

September 2, 2010 at 1:06 pm in reply to: Exporting Motion Titles to Anamorphic Film SequenceWhy export at all? Just drop your Motion project into your FCP sequence. If they still aren’t widescreen, press command-9 to get project properties and make sure there is a checkmark in the Anamorphic column.

August 30, 2010 at 3:21 pm in reply to: How to Move Text 1 direction with Audio Behavior? That’s a really interesting question – really not sure how to make that happen, but would be cool if you could. Let’s see if anyone else weighs in.

Make sure your Motion project file has the same pixel dimensions as the Photoshop file.
