    Hi,

I’ve got a Photoshop file that I need to animate in Motion. The psd file is RGB 8bit and has 2 layers.

When I bring the psd file into Motion, the top layer is scaled way up and has different x,y position coordinates than the bottom layer. I can almost get the top layer to line up with the bottom, but it’s still slightly off.

Any thoughts on how to import the psd into Motion so that the layers line up correctly?

    Thanks!
    Brent

Make sure your Motion project file has the same pixel dimensions as the Photoshop file.

you can check this in Apple Motion by going to edit project properties. I hope this helps…

    Thanks for the response!

The psd file is larger than the 4096 pixel limit. It’s a scan of a dollar bill that I want to get super close in on, and then pull back to reveal the full bill. Is there a way around the size limit?
