If the behavior isn’t appearing below the layer you have it applied to in the layers list, then you have disabled the view of behaviors – small icon at the bottom of the layers list.

You can rename any behavior (or any filter or mask or layer or group) to anything you want. Just double-click the name in the Layers list.

Yes – add the track parameter behavior to that parameter then set the analysis data as the track source.

If you had put them on a blank generator over your clips (or a title under your clips) you could just copy-paste the generator as many times as you like.

No plugin necessary. Track the ballon to the shot with the Match Move behavior, and then animate either with keyframes or some behaviors (e.g. Move and Random Behavior).

When you choose “Save As…” there is an option to consolidate all the assets into a folder with the Motion project. You can then zip the whole thing up.

Use the Anchor Point tool, rather than the Inspector – it changes both Position and Anchor so that the layer stays still relative to the Canvas.
