    Hi
I want to rotate a jpg. I want to rotate with the anchor point at the bottom and then rotate the jpg with the anchor at the top. So I set up these keyframes which change the anchor point of the jpg.

However, the position of the jpg moved up and down. I want the jpg to stay still; but I want the anchor point to change position.

Can you tell me how to do this? Thank you.

    Cheers,
    Terry ????

Use the Anchor Point tool, rather than the Inspector – it changes both Position and Anchor so that the layer stays still relative to the Canvas.
