I have Avid (Mc 2.7) installed on the same machine as the Adobe Production Suite Premium(includes Premiere 2.0)and have not noticed any problems. I will say that since installing Avid Mc I have hardly touched PP 2.0.

I would use the rulers and guides. If you bring guides to the edges of the circles, you can then use math and the rulers to figure out that point. There is probably an easier way, but I don’t know it…

    1. Duplicate the video track.
    2. Create a new spline primitive that is the size of the picture. 3. Twirl down the track 1 all the way and drop spline onto highest mask in picking order.
    4. Click on video 1 layer, then using comtrol window adjust it’s position.

It is vital that you drop the spline onto the right mask track as one of the mask tracks is applied before transformations (your position) and the other after…You want the mask to be applied after so that the video moves and the mask doesn’t.

Are you interpreting the fields of the footage correctly ???

I have not seen this issue with Keylight. Have you added too much softness to the matte ???

Pleasure Boris…. BCC are a big part of my work. My favourite is still tritone….it is rare that I have a project that doesn’t need a little tritone 🙂 I also love the lens flare….I really like using the stripe by itself…it looks wonderful. I’ll have to check out BCC 5. Now I have media composer at home (comes with Bcc 4.2) with a powerful Quadrofx 3450 card, I will also have to check out the Blue demo. I really like the way BCC plugs into Avid, but am still getting to know Media Composer (learning by doing a project on it)

    Thanks
