I am exporting to a quicktime format. Then dropping it in Toast with the continous off and no menu. I’ve done this on several on my G5 without issues. I’ll continue asking Roxio what the problem is. I upgraded my Toast 9 at $99. yesterday to resolve the problem but it makes no difference.
How do I go from Final Cut Pro to a External Hard drive.
What I’m trying to do is import video and have it end up on a External Hard drive for other people to use.
I sometimes get requests for it to be in a AVI file.
Is there an easy way?
No, I didn’t use ProRes but I converted it under demux to M2V and AIFF. Would Pro Res do it? I have no idea what camera or format this was shot in. Thanks for your help.
I tried that, it didn’t work. All of the re plugging, rebooting, holding down buttons etc, have not resolved the problem. The unit is 1 week out of warranty. Any other suggestions?
The error has been -19801 and -19201 error loading Media 100 library.
The repair person ran the diagnostics disc that came with my version 6.O. He even tried running that version but the same error came up. He said it was like there was something external creating the problem. It sounds like your option of the media 100 card might be the issue, I’m not sure what the PCI is.
Did you find a solution? I didnt understand what AE forum is. I have photo shake in digital photo files that I put on the program line. Any hot spot seems to go extremly hot, the shake is usually on the white or light part of the image. I think the problem occurs when I reformat the file to fit the video format. I need a solution for this problem. Thanks
