  • Did you ever find a solution to this? I also am having the same problem. Using Vegas 8 for 5 years..never had a problem until recently.

Also have two different computers- 32 bit & a 64 bit- neither work 🙁

I am having the same problem. Could you please be more specific in your recommendation? ..on setting the text block to double resolution?

    Thanks!

Thanks. I wasn’t highlighting. I was putting the cursor over. Wish I knew this 3 years ago!

Thanks. I got this to work when I run it on WMP on my computer..it immediately switches over to the site when it hits that point.

However, I am wondering if this will work after someone watches it on You Tube? I can’t get that to work.

I like the use of the You Tube Annotations and I plan to use it, however, it said that it can only be a link within the You Tube site and I want it to link to a different website.

I tried hitting insert command then..
    Command: URL
Parameter; I put in the website
    Comment: I left blank

I rendered it as WMV and uploaded it on you tube and it doesn’t seem to be working. Does it need to be rendered differently?

    Thanks!

    That’s it???
I thought it would be way more difficult than that.

    Thanks!

I am not sure if this is an option for you, but I had the same problem. I had to send a video file to another producer who wanted a Quicktime file. After trying to figure it out, we both agreed that I could send him a DV tape. I simply exported the file to an DV tape and he imported it.
Not sure if that is an option for you or not.
