I kind of like the interesting light idea. The mood I am trying to set is a business professional type of atmosphere. All most like a futuristic new cast. It has serious message but it’s not meant to scare you. I hope that made sense.

I tried using CC motion blur but that isn’t working for me. I think that’s because of Apple Leapord issue.
I will have to try to put the difference in a different comp like you suggested.

The problem I am having is the ripple effect. I can’t seem to make it a believable perspective.I can’t make the ripple look like it’s coming from a table top and not flat on my screen.

What would you recommend at the best possible setting?
I am using CS3.
We solved the problem for the deadline today, we are rendering it as a flash movie and it’s serving our purpose. It’s just weird that AE can be so tempermental about H.264

you know, that maybe it. Though I try to import the layer at the bottom, I could have put it orginaly in the wrong spot. I will have to be more conscience of it.

Good questions.
no, I watched it on two Mac screens, looks great and I watched it on 4 PC screens, it looks dull.
