    could be. But to know it better, shoot some Prores with the BMC, and try those clips in Davinci!

    Using larger files, I get 680MB read/write.

    Just for a follow-up, I configured the eight disks in RAID6 (paranoid mode..), even this way, it performs 620MB Read/Write.
    This is more than enough for me, thanks for your help.

    If you don’t have speed ramps, try a simple EDL.
    Import the source footage into Resolve, then import the EDL, and they will find each other hopefully

    Thanks Bob,

    I was looking to buy a 6G enclosure, with the Areca 1882x as you advised before in this forum.
    But a very good opportunity came for me to buy a 3G enclosure, and a 3G card together at the fraction of the price…

    As the most demanding thing for me right now is 2K DPX, 5-600MB/s is better than enough:)

    But I understand that this is not a state of the art system.
