    Hi

Not while you’re capturing. But if you’re playing back a HD clip, you can able down conversion in the Blackmagic preference pane to get SD output.

    Hi,

A replacement card is definitely doable. Just contact your reseller and they will be able to assist with swapping out the card for a new one.

March 30, 2010 at 11:08 am in reply to: Decklink SDI wont see my camera, please help.

    Hi,

First thing to check is that you’re using a setup in Media Express or Final Cut Pro that matches the framerate of the HD-SDI signal your camera is sending.

A lot of cameras record 24p to tape but pull and output Hd-SDI as 59.94i. Try using a 59.94i capture setting and see if that helps.

March 30, 2010 at 10:56 am in reply to: Intesity Pro and i7 processor

    Hi,

It’s not the i7 processors but rather the X58 chipset which seems to be an issue but we’ve been getting reports that latest BIOs updates from the various manufacturers have resolved the compatibility issues.

This motherboard is based on H55 and I don’t believe we have any reports about issues with it and Intensity Pro.

    Hi,

Could you try capturing via one of the analog connections and see if there’s any difference?
