What is the format of your timeline CS5?

Is the problem always happening at a particular point in the export?

Hi Ryan,

I would recommend you first check to see if you can get proper HD video input into the card.

Set you video format to 1080i59.94 instead of NTSC and turn off the Input processing option in the control panel. Make sure that while you’re in the capture tab, you actually see video input in Media Express’s preview window.

What about hardware configuration differences in your machine? What other PCIe cards do you have?
Which slot is the DeckLink card installed in? Does changing slots make a difference?

Hi Leo,

You will need the latest driver for Windows & compatibility so use that. We have not been testing the older PCI-X cards but there’s no reason why it should not work. Drop us a note if you run into issues.

UltraScope runs on its own dedicated machine. At the NAB demo, it was running off a small Shuttle PC.
