Hey Chris,
Does your PC have Thunderbolt ports?
If not, you can get a Blackmagic Declink card. There are a few models and these go into the pcie slots. And BM are reasonably priced too. I’m using a Mac and use BM thunderbolt I/O. I was using a Matrox LE and had problems with their drivers while I was using PrPro CC last year. Switched to BM and it’s been going alright:)

Hey Brian,
When you choose AV Output in the ‘Window’ menu (2nd pic) you’d get full screen playback on the device that is shown in preferences (pic 1, Philips TV).

Just adding to what Bob said. GTechs are great. I’ve been using GRAIDs for 6 yrs now with no complaints. Caldigits are good too but I’ve stopped buying their products as they are not available from local resellers here in Singapore anymore. And for backups, I find using bare 3.5″ drives on docks the best and simplest:)

Hi Chad, I had problems too. I rolled back to 10.4.3 and it is working well for me:)
Am using an Ultrastudio Express, 15″ retina MBP 2.7 GHz Intel core i7 OS 10.11.6

I had the same problems too. After reading this thread, Ben Neufeld’s post, I rolled back to 10.4.3 and its seems to be stable:)

Yep. The BM drivers are the culprit. Will have to shell out money now for AJA TTap. But can’t monitor Resolve though.
Is there a problem in having both AJA and BM drivers installed in the same comp? No conflicts etc? So that I can have T-Tap when I’m using FCP and BM when I’m using Resolve. Won’t have both IOs connected at the same time though.
