Yes, that link is correct.
[Angelo Lorenzo] “then go to Effects Panel and highlight the clip’s motion effect. This will allow you to manipulate your image directly in the program monitor.”
You can also double click on the clip in the Program Monitor. That should also bring up the handles for scaling and to move or rotate the clip. Note: this only works on the upper most track.

You can set the playback and paused resolution in the panel menu (upper right corner of panel). Are you viewing the playback at half resolution and full resolution when paused?

You can install the applications on two computers per Adobe ID. You can install it on a Mac and a PC, if you like.

You can install applications on even more computers and activate new computers as you need them, as long as only two are activated at any one time.
Here’s a little tip: currently, when you activate a third computer, it deactivates the other two computers. You can then reactivate one of the other two computers (or activate a second “road rig” you plan to take with you, etc.).
The activation process is very simple. All done in the Help menu.

I believe in Prelude Next, you will be able to ingest audio only clips, but no dual system synching to my knowledge will be included. However, you will be able to use audio waveforms for dual system workflows for multi-camera editing, merge clips, and synching clips with audio. You can also ingest into bins for easy synching in Premiere Pro.
