Yes, this is a known issue that has recently cropped up and has affected Mac users. We are working on a fix that should be released very, very soon. I apologize for any issues you may be having.

Yes, there is. Search for “Show Video Thumbnails” in the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog box, and then assign a shortcut for the command. Works a treat!

Hi Reuben,

Here’s a possible workaround:
- Import the Project file into After Effects
- Export as a Premiere Pro project
- Open the project in Premiere Pro.
- Audio will be unlinked.
- Relink the audio files.
See if that works for you.
