Hi Nate,
Try the following:
- Sign out from Creative Cloud, restart Premiere Pro, then sign in
- Update any GPU drivers
- Trash preferences
- Ensure Adobe preference files are set to read/write
- Delete media cache
- Remove plug-ins
- If you have AMD GPUs, make sure CUDA is not installed
- Repair permissions
- In Sequence Settings > Video Previews, change the codec to one that matches your footage
- Disconnect any third party hardware
- Reboot

Sorry about that Steve. I’ll look into the issue, sorry you’re having trouble.
In general, I would not update any projects without backing that project up with a duplicate (that way, you can always open the project in the original version). Our agents report that there is sometimes unexpected behavior like this when customers update project files.

All those things are now in a menu located directly on the tab. It looks like three lines. Just click there and you’ll see it. Other things have been moved to the Settings (wrench) pop-up menu.Thanks,
