    Yes it would be good to find a solution to this problem.
    Very frustrating having the export to tape stopping randomly like this.

    Hi Mike,
    Yes I have a Decklink Extreme HD. Was able to fix the problem by deleting the pref file. Is the capture card the culprit?

    I am having the same problem. Did you ever find a solution for this?
    Mike Velte answered to my post that in worst case uninstall and reinstall Premiere. But I understand that this method was tried in your case but without success. Thankful for any input.

    To be able to play the DVD in all North American players you have to make a NTSC DVD.
    The video footage has to be converted to NTSC. Guess there are a lot of software converters that you can use. However, a PAL DVD should be able to play on a computer in North America.

    Hello!
    Could it be a simple question of television system. That is PAL and NTSC. As I understand it most North American DVD players will not play a PAL DVD, whereas most european players
    will play both PAL and NTSC.
