PP2 Crashes when making a new project
Hi!
Just recently our PP2 has started to crash when making a new project. Have tried to start with the shift key down as suggested by Tim Kolb i an earlier thread, but with no luck.
Any suggestions?

Do you have a capture card like DeckLink or Matrox?

Hi Mike,
Yes I have a Decklink Extreme HD. Was able to fix the problem by deleting the pref file. Is the capture card the culprit?

“Suspect” so, but without trying to create a new SD DV project, it is not certain.
