Well it just freezes there and I have to End Process it via the Task Manager each time just so I can close the program. No error logs or anything.

BTW, I’m trying to import about 132 video files.

Robert, what do you mean by (Strg+c)? And what if you have effects on the track itself? Can you copy that to the new project as well?

Hmm interesting. I just downloaded mpeg streamclip and now I don’t know what codec to use. What codec would you recommend (best quality with a small file size). I’m debating between the Avid DNxHD codec or the H.264 codec.

Quick question. If I transcode my footage to mpeg streamclip will I lose quality? Or will I only lose quality when I convert? Or is transcoding and converting the same thing?

And is it normal for my 15 sec footage to render for hours and hours? ‘Cause I was a little surprised.

After I render the animation, I plan on putting it on Sony Vegas to incorporate with the rest of my video. What settings do you recommend?

People say that to prevent ghosting when converting a 30p footage to a 24p footage, disable the resampling. So I thought people do that more often.
