I have changed no settings since update and it was rendering fine. Has the new update change lighting parameters for intensity/exposure in the new update? That is insane if so. Or another bug&#8230;.</p>

Turning this off they rendered fine. But to keep the growth animation I needed to pull all the sweep nurbs out of the group into the top heirarchy then it works again.</p>
<p>WHY is this not visible until rendering a sequence??? yet another bug discovered. What version is&hellip;</p>

<p>Tried to re-render a scene that I already had rendered perfectly. I had left some objects switch on accidentally in the take, so i turned them off and re-rendered. </p>
<p>The result was a mess of geometry completely distorting. Attached is the image of the viewport looking as it&hellip;</p>

<p>So it has been working okay, then today for some reason, when i change the light colour in one take, it affects the other. They are both child takes of the master, this makes no sense as is completely broken. </p>

Been running into some heavy technical difficulties creating a drone show in C4D. The final export is to .PATH files. The plugin that exported directly from C4D does not work, so the work around is to export as FBX or Alembic, import into Blender and then export from the plugin from there.</p>

This is not the case here. There are no new elements on introduced on the frame that the render crashes/hangs. By itself the frame would render the same as any before it.</p>

Leaving a sequence to render over night and it will get stuck on a random frame indefinitely rendering. Woke up to a see that 40 frames had rendered at pretty steady 6mins each then the time for 41 was 7 hrs and counting.</p>

C4D will freeze up for about 10 seconds, then will seem to be working again except that the viewports are frozen. All functionality seems to still be there but obviously cannot see what Im doing. </p>
<p>Anyone know what causes this?</p>

<p>Inside the cloner (Containing the particle objects) in the Object tab, there are basic properties for the incon visibility. Toggle them to off. No more balls.</p>

Cloner set to object, object being particle group. All good, working how I want it.</p>
<p>Only problem is its rendering the little spheres from the emitter or the particle group somewhere and I cant for the life of me figure out how to turn it off. Please help.</p>

The problem is why the viewport and the render are different. Thats the issue. I want to know why they are not synced up. When I change the offset and length sliders on the material tag it updates in the viewport but has no effect on the render&#8230;</p>

I have a bump map connected to a redshift shader, and its &#8216;working&#8217; in that it does bump. But the projection mapping is not updating in the redshift view. What is going on here?! Don&#8217;t understand how it can be so unintuitive doing something so simple. </p>

<p>I discovered this problem with the alpha when i tried to apply depth of field to my render.
