I’m grading prores 4kHD 422 with realtime… Why 4k?, because I need to resize and i prefer a 4k master for a future, why not r3d?, because I don’t have rocket and i want full debayer all the time. Why prores?, because near no difference with dpx at 4k, but less space. Why not prores 444?, playback and render issues with resolve. I recomend a first basic color correct pass before raw to prores…

No problem with 2 gpus + gui, but, much better with 3… output to HD not 4k yet possible…

Anyone using keypad pro for ipad?, maybe we can share a special key pad for resolve…

The keyboard shortcuts are the same for v7.1 and 8.0?, or maybe will be different?

Why not an ipad with keypad pro?, there are a lot of keypad, for premiere, final cut, after effects, and you can create you own keypad and share with other people,

Gtx480 under mac only used 240 cuda cores (gtx470 224cuda cores) why spend more with 590?. Do you know if there are drivers for 590 or 580 for sure?

No problem with my disks. 4k ProRes is about 100MB/s. I prefer Prores than DPX, because DPX4K is too big.

I have no problem with 3 nodes, but i need more than 3.

Why 4K playback… easy… I need to scale some clips, and I prefer to have a 4k Master than only HD, for future releases.

Why not r3d + rocket?.
– Keys. I need prores with some more matte layers.
– 4kProres is a lot faster than r3d full.

Hi Luke!, I’ve the same problem since months. I’ve two machines, one with old computer g5 dual processor and decklink hd, with 5.6 driver and i have no problems with it because i don’t update this. And I’ve a new computer g5 quad with multibridge extreme the last drivers of all, I’ve a digibeta A500P, and hdcamsr SRW-5500, and i’ve the problems with this two machines only in the g5 quad, and multibrige, the old computer with decklink hd is ok. The problems is a frame ofset or two, sometimes 1 or two and is impossible to make a edit to tape with the system because in the case of inserts always is a problem.
I need to fix it, because I need to update the old system for prores support but i need a guarantee that the 2 system work correctly.

I have the problems since months, with final cut 5, with final cut 6, with mac os 10.4.5, mac os 10.4.6..10…, and with all the blackmagic drivers since this time.

Please I need your help.
