Hi Ron,
If you are using an up-to-date version of M100 you would just need to re-run the installer, as the installer places the required Components into the corresponding directory.
If you are not using a current version, shoot me an email (you can put it to my attention) to support@borisfx.com – I can relay you a link to a zip I have of these required codecs (which I do not believe I can post here).
Thanks,
Jon

Hi Dennis,
There are two things I would quickly recommend. First, dis-engage the ‘Shear’ checkbox and re-track with a new spline layer. If this does not work, go under File > Preferences and there will be a checkbox that reads ‘Track Using GPU’ – if this is enabled, quickly disable it and restart mocha Pro — if it’s currently disabled, try enabling it instead and restarting the program. I suggest this because the GPU mode actually sees the video differently depending on if it’s on or off (like literally different sets of eyes), so if one is failing then toggling the Track Using GPU would be a good place to start as well.
Thanks,
Jon

May 1, 2017 at 10:36 pm in reply to: Boris Continuum versions 5, 6, 7 and 8 must pay $300 in addition to the regular Upgrade PriceHello Sir.
The NAB Sale has actually been extended to May 7th, and as such, prices will remain as they were during the NAB Sale until this time; this increase will not kick in until after this Sale is over.
Thanks.

May 1, 2017 at 10:31 pm in reply to: Boris Red 5.6: how to change order or insert strokes in a Paint path ?Hello Ben.
You can carry this out in RED 5, but this would not be done via an automated process like the Sequential/Parallel Paint function allows. Instead, the best way to do this would be to create numerous ‘Paint’ layers (not ‘Paint Path’ or ‘color stroke’ layers, but the master Paint layers themselves), and then create individual strokes within each one to fill in intermittent elements of the grand design. This way, when you tell each one to paint Sequentially (or Parallel), everything will paint but will not appear to do so in a linear fashion.
Thanks.

Hi Kirk,
We did previously have a page like this, and currently the site does not have an updated version of this readout. We are, however, looking to upload an updated page for BCC 10 host-comparison in the near future, and I can relay you the link once it is ready.
If you would like to view the original page, you can find it here –
https://wwwold.borisfx.com/bcc/bccFilterListByHost.htmAs for BCC 10, if you have any specific questions about comparison, you can just email me these questions at support@borisfx.com.
Thanks.

Hi Sam,
Thanks for uploading the clip for testing. In our internal test we found that the problem went away almost completely with the Flicker Fixer when running in ‘Temporal Smoothing YCC’ mode, even at the default settings. We also found that the ‘Temporal Smoothing RGB’ got rid of the flickering as well, but it actually changed the contrast/gamma somewhat, so the YCC mode would be recommended.
If this doesn’t help you can let me know at support@borisfx.com.
Thanks again.

Hello Kuhnen,
RED 5.6 should be fine with this version of OSX; the only real connection I can think of might be the conjunction of the hardware of a 2009 MacBook Pro and 10.11.6, although I don’t think this should be too likely either.
If it’s indeed crashing, can you relay me a copy of the Crash Report (preferably in a Text or Word Processor format) to support@borisfx.com? Also, are you using RED as a stand-alone program or are you using it as a filter in an NLE? Or, does this problem happen in both situations?
Thanks.

Hello Dan,
Do you think you can show me sample screengrabs, showing before and after, of this situation? You can send them to support@borisfx.com. Also, in your workflow of applying a new BCC filter, I presume this happens immediately when you apply the second BCC filter, rather than later, such as after enabling the PixelChooser? Lastly, what host and OS are you running?
Thanks.

September 17, 2016 at 12:14 am in reply to: “BCC Extruded Text” and “BCC Type On Text” “Launch Text Window” won’t open.Hi Soteres,
If you have not done so yet, I would recommend sending these three folders to the Recycle Bin, while Vegas is closed –
The BCC OFX folder from here – C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\BorisFX
The ‘13.0’ folder from here – C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Sony\Vegas Pro\
And the Workspaces folder(s) from here – C:\Program Files\Boris FX, IncIf none of these help, could you test to see if other prompts, such as the Licensing window or the FX Browser, are able to launch?
Thank you.
Jon
