September 6, 2016 at 8:23 pm in reply to: Motion Tracking 4 video clips on a track in SVP 11 using Match Move/Corner Pinning?Hello Ansh,
There were two tutorial movies (one for Motion Tracking, one for Corner Pinning, both inside Sony Vegas) we issued for the Creative Cow, and you can view them here —
https://youtu.be/-P_baDbOP88
https://youtu.be/22etV8J3dl8Hopefully these (particularly the second) should help you with the initial approach. These are with older versions of the BCC filters, but the principles in the video should be identical to how they would operate in the current version.
Thanks.

Hello Marcus,
If you were to install the full BCC OFX package, the full BCC set should load into Hitfilm. However, the BCC 3D Objects filters, bundled with Hitfilm are the only BCC filters that are supported for use in Hitfilm at this time.
Thanks.

August 5, 2016 at 6:09 pm in reply to: Why BCC 10 control points are simpler in Vegas Pro and more elaborated in Avid Media Composer?Hello Carlos.
This was actually due to a limitation in the OFX architecture’s operational capacity, but this has opened up recently. Since this possibility has opened up now, we are in the process of introducing these on-screen controls for the OFX-based plugs.
Thanks.

Hello Palo.
I would recommend applying one or more instance of the BCC Bulge effect, which is under the Distortion and Perspective group under the Filters. The main thing I would recommend here would be to increase the ‘Height’ to a higher amount, maybe all the way up to 200 (the highest it can go), while reducing the Radius, and keeping the rest of the sliders, defaulted at 0, still at 0. Then you can keyframe the point of the bulge to simulate this effect.
Hope this helps.

Hello Marcus,
Boris RED 6 is still in development and will be released in future. Unfortunately, as of right now, I don’t have a Release Date that I can give you.
Thanks.

Hello Ruud,
What is the exact name of the installer? I ask because the Title Presets should just be made up of .grf and .red project files exclusively. Let me know and I can take a look at this.
Thanks,
Jon

May 31, 2016 at 5:21 pm in reply to: cc 10 title studio plugin for premiere pro acts goofyHello Dan,
I saw that you also created a case with Support and replied there moments ago. Primarily, I was wondering if you could relay me some screen-shots of how they look after you go back into Premiere Pro, preferably with the templates identified. If you are able to relay those to me in Support I can take a look with a few people here and isolate what might be causing the problem.
Thanks.

Hello Robert,
The primary device that Media 100 supported, in the end, from AJA was the Kona LHi, which should still be available for purchase –
https://www.aja.com/en/products/kona-lhiNote that you would need to use this in a silver Mac Pro Tower, rather than the black cylinder-shaped ones, as the new models do not support the physical PCI slotting that the card uses; AJA does have a wire assembly that allows this card to work with the new Mac Pro models, but Media 100 will not recognize the card as being present.
Thanks,
Jon

Hello Robert,
In addition to what Boris recommended, if you see this problem when running Title Studio stand-alone (from the Start menu or the Applications folder), I would especially like to see a .blu project file saved out from this stand-alone state. Send that as well as some quick CPU/GPU/OS information to me at support@borisfx.com — You can write the email to my attention.
Thanks.

Hello Bob,
In a situation like this, I would recommend resetting your Workspace, which you can do by going under Window > Workspace and selecting ‘Snap All Home’. This will reset the Graffiti interface to default.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.
