Selecting only motion areas/keying out non-motion?
I have some footage that I shout in front of an even colored wall thinking it would be easy to key/mask out against my actor. However, I did not notice she was waving her hands a lot and that caused a ridiculous amount of motion blur that could not be fixed even with rotoscoping. I was wondering if there was some way I could use one of Boris’s features to select only the areas with motion and key out the rest. Or do a less messy difference matte somehow. Any advice would be appreciated 🙂
