Tell us a little about your system too, please, and how you are rendering. Only one clip out of Premiere Pro? Batch renders using Media Encoder? What is your workflow?
I ask because in CC2013, for example, I could not batch render MP4’s with Media Encoder without the audio issues you are having. If I rendered files one at a time out of Premiere Pro, there was no problem.

I presume it is seeing her IP address, and for some reason is not making accounts in that area of the world.
All I can suggest is using an app like “Hide My IP” and connecting via a server in the US.

Yes, Todd nailed it for you. I have the “Free Light Leaks” he linked for you, and keep them on my media drives.
The freebies are not a huge library, but they have met my need for light leaks easily.

That last option is usually my first preference, in fact. I rarely use a roll anymore.

I have had odd behavior occur sometimes because I had two adjacent keyframes and did not realize it. They would be only a frame apart. So unless I zoomed way in, I would only observe one keyframe.

What is the frame rate of your video clips? And the frame rate of your timeline? Are they matched?
