Graphic Endtag looks pixelated in small size but fine when made full screen – WHY?!?!
I have a video that is playing on a website and when we check on the page, the end tag on the small size version of the video is pixelated. But when you hit the full screen button, it’s fine.
Any ideas on why this is happening or if there is a way to fix it?!Thank you!

Hard to say without additional information. I have found, however, that graphic elements with a lot of fine detail will sometimes look poor when scaled down.
System:
Dell Precision T7600 (x2)
Win 7 64-bit
32GB RAM
Adobe CC 2014 (as of 7/2015)
256GB SSD system drive
4 internal media drives RAID 5
Typically cutting short form from HD MP4 and P2 MXF.
