This may be a better solution try Boris Red or BCC Trial. Bring in the clips. Key out the footage using one or the other then bring back into Vegas. With the new Vegas Pro 10, BCC work right into Vegas.

Boris Keyers I think are the best and fasted in the business. I have AE CS4 ,Boris Red,BCC, Combustion 3 and Ultra. Boris Red is the best. It’s that one click feature, the others you have to do a lot of twinking. With Boris one or two and you are there.

Checkout Boris Red or Boris BCC for trial period. They have the best keying techology that’s out here. I have After Effect,Combustion,Ultra Keyer,Boris BCC and Boris Red. All in all Boris Red and BCC did the best and fasted job. With one click step.

Also, I notice Apple H.264 looks much cleaner even on the web. Just go to Apple website and look and the video samples of there features.

    That tell you right there!!!

You are right John. But the problem is, all Apple laptop and desktops look much better than anything on the market. I have three associates 2 with laptops and one with that 27in iMac. So I can’t compare anything else that Apple have but whats out on the market.

As of matter of fact, that what sold me on my next puechase on buying a Mac to run Vegas. Even my website looks much better on a Mac than a PC.

Remember the first rule of video and web. Check out how your work looks on other computers and web browsers. And I did…it looks much better on a Mac. What got my attention was my associate editing on a Mac PowerBook Laptop and video and photos looks incredible. Then I starting to research why.

Now I understand why Mac cost more than the regular PC.

Yes it does. It seems to me editing on an Apple Mac monitor. The video looks much cleaner than on any other system. I am a Vegas user… but I have to admit when watching my work on a friend Mac monitor it looks much better on his system. I was shock!!!! What I have is LG HD monitor and duel Sony monitors. However, the same video on a Mac it looks much better!!!

Let me say this!!! I am a Sony man.

    · 2 Sony monitors and 2 Vaio’s Lap Top and Desk Top computers
    · 3 Sony DV camcorders and 1 HDV
    · 1 Sony digital still cameras
    · 4 Sony digital printer
    · 2 Sony digital Mini DV Video Walkman Player
    · 1 Sony Triniton TV monitor
    · 3- 10 upgrade Sony Vegas, Acid and Forge

    So I am being honest.

  • Cookie Cutter Effect!!!

  • Nesting….open up another Vegas copy then insert the nest file.

Also, you can create that same effect inside your camera. With a out focus and brace yourself and pan quickly 180 degrees. There you have it!!!

Futhermore, play with your shutter speed.

  • I would also add…. go create this effect with you camera. Change your shutter speed settings in your camera, set your feet to pan at 180 degree with your camera set on manual and out of focus. If you ever film at a nightclub for a concert, focus on their RGB light setup. I have often created that whip pan effect and SFX by recording the different concerts lights setups. Using out of focus lights for transitions into other clips/events. An of course add the audio effect to sell that effect.
