Export the bin as a batch list.
Open in Excel and make your adjustments. Not an Excel whiz, but I am guessing there is a way to copy the data from the Media Start column to the In column, then increment all of it by 1 frame.
Then import your adjusted Batch List back into FCP and relink.

I think the trial is fully functional and still downloadable. Free for the time being, anyway.
It bought it before that licensing issue came up.

As stated, Sequence Liner from Spherico does this, but it’s only for FCP 7 and earlier. Sounds like you are using FCPX because you mentioned Gap Ciips.
Avid has this feature and it’s called Autosequence.This is the FCP 7 forum. You might get a better solution in the FCPX Techniques Forum. If you are looking to have the same six people have an endless, heated, circular discussion, that has nothing to do with your question, try posting in the FCP X or Not (The Debate) Forum.

I know it often seems like a case of RTFM (read the f__king manual), but in the case of Avid, the app help is actually very good and very comprehensive. Much better than some other apps. Premiere is particularly bad, IMHO.

Avid doesn’t care what card you use on a Mac. There is no GPU acceleration on a Mac for Avid.
It does provide minimal GPU acceleration on a PC (nothing like Adobe) and on that platform you should use their recommended cards and drivers. CUDA and Open CL are irrelevant with Avid. it does not currently use either.
Get the best card you can for Adobe and it will be fine with Avid. Just don’t expect any performance increase in Avid. -
The title of this thread made me think it would be a lot more interesting. I really had to find out what “loose” data was. Total click bait. Does it mean promiscuous data? Loss of data was kind of a letdown 🙂

I’d make sure you have the right software running in your ISIS for MC 8.1. Sounds like your throughout is too low when using MC 8.x. Remember, you get tech support with your MC 8 licenses and you can call Avid to help you with this. Network issues can be tougher to troubleshoot than local storage. More variables.

You can’t do what you are trying to do. If you have the BM card in use in Avid, that is where your audio will be output from. I believe that is the case to prevent issues with sync.
