another tip i can suggest is to not burn at full speed. Just because that disk says it will burn at 16x doesn’t mean you should do it. I always burn my dvds at 8x. Also, make sure the bit rate isn’t too high, I’ve only experienced problems when the bit rate is pushed above 8,000,000

right click on the event, select the reduce interlace flicker or you could add a slight gaussian blur of .001 to the pic to help conceal the “jitters”. It’s a common occurance in high resolution pictures.

check the preferences on the display or view tab for a choice to put timeline on bottom.

i am not familiar with the studio version, but, can you place a velocity envelope over the clip?

I have the 110, like Mike says, it works and works very well.

i believe you are limited to 4 tracks, so you will have a little difficulty with a large quantity of pictures. Essentially, you have the right general idea, bring in the photos using track motion, not pan and crop.

you need an analog to digital converter to connect the console to the computer, via the firewire port in order to capture.

I have the same issue as far as firewire goes, I cannot use my converter (ADVC110) for a preview device while i have my VX2100 plugged in. I do not plug my camera into the coverter, but the firewire port on the front of my computer, the coverter is plugged into the back port on the computer.

select all the events, group them (g key), grab the first one and slide it down the timeline to where you want it.
