I don’t know why this would be happening. Do the sequences have the exact same settings. Rather than copy/paste have you tried duplicating your sequence? If that would leave you with a lot of extraneous material, duplicate it once, remove the extra material, and then duplicate the sequence with just the 7/4 tracks as many times as you need.

I’m not familiar with omnibus, but have you tried Log & Transfer. That’s how we transfer P2 mxf files. Also check out https://mxf4mac.com/ and https://dvfilmstore.com/raylight-for-mac.html.

Are both aifs 48KHz? Another approach might be to export a DV .mov – not just the aif – so you can watch to see if the sync drifts inside of STPro.

L&T works with DVCPro50 shot with P2. There’s no trick. The files appear in the L&T window when you mount the appropriate volume containing them.
