How are you monitoring the video? Are the titles “title-safe?” What is the edit format: codec, SD, HD, 4:3 or 16:9, etc?

Use Compressor to convert your HD to SD PAL as that’s your edit format (and presumed delivery format). Be sure to turn on Frame Controls in the Inspector and choose Best for the quality settings.

I meant Command Option R. If you haven’t, try trashing prefs and repairing permissions. What kind of drives are you using and how are they connected to your Mac?

In Geometry, did you use the Dimension control? If not, adjust that for the proper pixel dimensions for your final format.

I don’t use this software, but it may act similarly to whai I use. If you have a column of timecode numbers, try clicking on the column name, for instance, “start timecode.” Usually on a Mac that will cause the column data to be sorted numerically, alphabetically, etc. Click again and the sort will reverse.
