    Stabilize the whole clip, would be the safest option to make it all blend well.

    Hold down “Option/ALT” when trimming on the timeline. This will allow you to move the video or audio in/out points independently without unlinking them.

    If you are on a MAC;

    Use the Command/Apple and + keys to enlarge the website. Command and – to shrink it back.

    Use the Grab program in the Utilities folder to get a screen shot of the window or any part of the website you select.

    Try just putting a “Black Video” clip in a track above everything, then put a fade at the end of the black clip.

    Once you live in the world of no scan lines, you’ll never want to go back, it just looks wrong.

    That’s all I have. The frame rate looks right. The shutter looks correct. I don’t know what else could cause the effect you are seeing.

    I use the FCP Compressor/Limiter on tracks in the timeline with good results.

    Threshold -20
    Ratio 3
    Attack 5
    Release 100
    Preserve Volume checked

    I used to do video for a football stadium board. What you need to know how it will the particular LED board will up-res the image. See if you can get some specs from the board operator, they may have an exact size you can set up your FCP timeline to. Most likely, you can get by with producing something in 1280×720. Just be sure to keep all the important stuff in the Title Safe area in case the board clips of the edges.

    The answers are in the clip you sent. Various wipes, frame rates, filters and keys. Reverse engineer the shots and effects you like. Also, boost the color saturation about 25% and add a little contrast to make it look a bit edgier.

    Check the Sequence Settings of your timeline to make sure the editing time-base is the same as the camera frame rate.
