Are you using the Import function or drag-and-drop?
Premiere doesn’t always like the drag-and-drop method with some file types, it loses the audio.Joe

Also try Flicker Removal
Right-click on the clip in the timeline, select Field Options, then turn on Flicker Removal.

Look in the folder
Video Effects/Transition/Radial WipeIt is not in the Video Transitions folder. It is now an Effect that needs to be key-framed.

June 15, 2018 at 2:46 pm in reply to: Glitches in video playback and rendering in Premier Pro CCIt looks like the type of errors you get with Optical Flow sometimes. If you have a speed adjustment on the clip try changing the time Interrelation to Frame Blending.

Try smartsound.com, they have a big selection and it’s growing. My favorite part is a lot of their titles come with various mixes or isolations i.e., piano only, drums and bass only. These work great for industrial videos where you can kick off with a great theme and dial it back a bit in the middle then return to the full mix for the close.

Some transition packs allow you to edit the transition once you have placed in the sequence. You would access this through the Effects Tab. Check to see if the transition is scaling the clip. Some transitions are made to work in 1920×1080, but if you’re editing in 1280×720 it can do strange things.

In the sequence window, on the left side you’ll see the track toggles. Click on the track name to turn them on or off. If they are turned on, when you use the up or down arrows on the keyboard the time cursor will jump to the next in or out point of a clip on the highest track toggled on. If you are just wanting to go by video tracks make sure none of the audio tracks are toggled on.

Select “Use Previews” in the export settings, that should help a bit.
Also, turn off “Maximum Render Quality”.Joe
