audio not imported with video everytime
i can’t reply to my last post i don’t know why but there is no option for that that why i recreat my post with the information that i been asked for.
first of all that my problem
everytime i want to add video to my project i have to restart AP in order for audio to be imoprted with the video.
system informations:
Homebuilt computer
win10-64bits
64gb ram
adobe premiere cc2015.0 – 9.0.0+247 build
1tb SSD
1 internal drive 5tb
typical cutting from h.264 mp4 24fps full hd (1920×1080) -

Are you using the Import function or drag-and-drop?
Premiere doesn’t always like the drag-and-drop method with some file types, it loses the audio.Joe

In fact, the best method is to drag from Media Browser. I usually shortcut import by using CMD-I, but some things are better done through Media Browser.
