I’m looking for a good royalty-free music library. For the past six years I’ve been using DeWolfe, Extreme, Jingle Punks and APM, but now I need to go with a buyout library for corporate work. My search so far has been frustrating. I thought I’d find a decent library with a good range of corporate tracks. I’ve used Audio Network in the past, but now they seem (like many) to have gone the way of YouTube movie-making music. Can’t blame ’em. There’s a lot more of them out there then us!

I went back to an old source from the 90’s, Narrator Tracks. They had a nice feature that is fairly standard in the needledrop libraries, that of providing stems. I really like that; I can mix the track myself. But their selection was limited. All the “corporate” searches in the libraries were just full of “motivational” and “inspirational” tracks, happy stuff. I’m looking for task and process-driven moods, not “look-how-wonderful-we-are” tracks.

Who’s got the lowdown on that great library I haven’t found yet??

    a second vote for Premiumbeat.com.

there’s also Audiojungle which takes some searching but also has good tracks.

Killer Tracks is incredible! Giant library that I’ve used for years for video clients, network and cable sows. Cuts aren’t free, but nor royalty payments you really get what you pay for,Give a call to Jason Bass in Santa Monica Ca. Tell him Eric in NH sent ya.

Try smartsound.com, they have a big selection and it’s growing. My favorite part is a lot of their titles come with various mixes or isolations i.e., piano only, drums and bass only. These work great for industrial videos where you can kick off with a great theme and dial it back a bit in the middle then return to the full mix for the close.
