Long render time
For some reason, when i added black video and 2 effects to it ( circle and write on and i didn’t even use them that much ) , my system got heavily loaded, it took me 5 minutes to render a 5 seconds video. I have added nothing else to that length in my sequence . To compare, effects like lens flare took less than 30 seconds to render on about same length. Is this normal?

You can try to recreate the effect in after effects instead and link the after effects file to your premiere sequence. see if that speeds things up.

Turn off Maximum Bit Depth and Maximum Render Quality in the Sequence Settings.
