I think I figured it out.
Just in case a newbie like me stumbles on this post:
Open your corrected clip in the viewer. You can drag the filters to the browser. I have three people I have been fixing. I added a folder to each persons bin called “Filters” and dragged the filters to the new bin.
Open your uncorrected clip in the viewer and drag the filters from the bin into the filter tab.
Experts – If I am wrong or there is a more efficient way. Please let me know. And once again from all of us learning as we make these stupid mistakes. Thanks for all you do and all your time and efforts. 🙂

Yes, I tried all the presets in the filter and no luck. Someone told me it may be a luminance thing but I don’t know how to fix what he is referring to.

YOU ARE THE MAN!!!!!!
The last video I did like this was pure mess. Due to my ignorance of aspect ratio’s and resolution settings.
I just output to compressor has you recommend and it was clear as a bell!
If no one else tells you today you are appreciated

I am no expert in this especially NTSC anamorphic but
Don’t export the title sequence as a QT movie. Select your comp and add it to the render que.
Make sure you are rendering at full quality
In the render que you have the following settingsRender Settings : Best Settings (this is the default)
Output Module: Lossless (default)
I have had my best luck not messing with the defaults (it will make a big file)You can also try changing Lossless. When you look at the options I would choose custom. This will open a dialog window. You will see a Format Options button which will open a QT options box. I would choose Either Animation or Apple ProRess 422HQ.
It may make a huge file but it will output as a .mov
Import that movie into FCP.You will need to check with the experts here in this blog (which I feel like I am always doing – Thanks guys!) but I believe you really need your clip to match your sequence settings. If they don’t that may be were your blurriness becomes an issue.
I try to export from AE with the same settings that I use for my sequence.
The one thing I know from my last project using the “Export” feature in the AE is not as good or user friendly as the render que.
Again I am a TOTAL Beginner but I wanted to try and help you anyway.
Goodluck!

We use H.264
my Sequence settings were 1440X1080
I finally found out that I used a preset format like NTSC the popup menu would populate. Its when I go with the anything out of the ordinary that the pop menu gets smaller.
Unfortunately A lot of my work is for a set of TVs that use a, not so hot, Dell computer to run the video. The only thing that would work on these 16:9 tv’s with a computer that spits the video out in 4:3 was to use the 1440X1080.Thanks for the responses anyway.
