Hi David,
Full is checked on in the Render all menu and also have rendered the transition before viewing it on my broadcast monitor.
Can this issue be because of interlace thing?

U can format it on a mac too just go to applications-utilities
-disk utility.Run the disk utility and u can find ur drive(which u want to format) on the left column select it and choose the erase option from the window and in the volume format option make sure u have selected MS-DOS format (the default is mac os extended) just choose it and press the erase button once erased ur drive is ready to be used both on a mac and pc….

Ya the SD version is a gud bet but am not getting any price details from my vendor…..also he says there will be a big delay in shipment…..
That was also the reason why i was looking for an alternative…..

Hi if u want to play windows media files on ur QT player try downloading flip 4 mac its a windows media component and i am sure u can play most of the files coming out of windows on ur mac…..

FW also doesn’t help……..all the codecs show the same thing …color bars and VTR ok but doesnt show the preview …
Is there any kind of setting in the VTR thats causing this prob.i want to know. Otherwise my nxt line of action wud be to check with a seperate VTR…. -
