  • To me it doesn’t seem like a big deal to render and then upload. I just wish Sony would have made Youtube raw file names an option in the Youtube upload dialog box. From the little I know about programming it would have taken them very little work. Maybe next release?

I don’t use it, it appears to render the audio to a file, in a wav format in real time, ie, at the speed of your video. Why this is a good thing I have no idea, it’s much faster to render audio normally.

Track motion, square aspect ratio in pan/crop, and a lot of time. Although it wouldn’t be THAT big of a project and is certainly something that is realistic to do.

Put a white border around your videos, or alternatively put a white background at the bottom layer and just don’t have your videos quite line up.

I bought it within 1 hour of the email going out, and I absolutely do NOT regret my decision, I love it! It’s only crashed I think twice since I got it.

I just installed a gpu acceleration friendly card (GT430, please don’t laugh at my poverty) and it is much better preview now. I’ll report back if it starts crashing more with GPU acceleration or not.

The other solution: change the aspect ratio to one of the other presets in pan/crop(4:3, 16:9, etc) and one of those usually works fine too.

Not happening on mine, the default install was to have auto-preview turned off, I turned it on once and there it stays.
