    I talkd to the editor of this and he did it in AE but I am not keen on learning a new program.
    I know i could do this with a Ton of Key framing but not looking to do that either

    Will SVP allow me to export out a file with a fram size larger than 1920×1080, say like 7680 x 4320?

    I don’t think you need a frame size that big, just some serious track motion. I hope you’re really good at math!

    You don’t need After Effects to do this. You can do it all in Vegas with Track Motion (as Jeff said) and some careful keyframing.

    Track motion, square aspect ratio in pan/crop, and a lot of time. Although it wouldn’t be THAT big of a project and is certainly something that is realistic to do.

    Put a white border around your videos, or alternatively put a white background at the bottom layer and just don’t have your videos quite line up.
