I can’t see why it wouldn’t be, just render your video out from Movie Studio and drop it in Architect. Should work like a charm, that’s what I did with both Vegas 9 (very similar to Movie Studio 9) and Vegas 12.

I upgraded from Vegas 9 so I cannot comment for 10 and 11, but it is a night and day difference for me. It hasn’t crashed yet, I love the masking shapes, the integrated pan/crop + event FX, and the quick upload to Youtube.
