I’ve had a lot of work come from Craigslist.

[Matte] “Just put all of these things on the Timeline (part of your edit) and then just hit RECORD on the deck and PLAY the timeline.

I do this with all my commercial dubs.

You can set the TC on the 1800 to 00:00:00 (or any other number you like) before you record.

    ———————————–

The other thing you can do is just “stripe” the tapes for 30 seconds or so, then ASSEMBLE-edit from FCP during the area that is striped.”

I need the program to start at exactly 01:00:00:00

I’ve got a Mac Pro with Final Cut Studio on the Mac side and Adobe Production Studio Premium on the Windows side. It’s the best PC I’ve ever had! After Effects screams; I love it.

Boot up with the DV deck powered off, then power it back on.

[Ron Lindeboom] “I am going to add your address to a new folder called “proofreaders” that I have set in my email system. I would appreciate a fresh set of eyes.”

Great! I’d love to help any way that I can.

I apologize Ron. I didn’t mean to minimize what you have accomplished and I’m sure I can’t fully appreciate the tremendous effort that it took to put out the magazine. I really do appreciate Creative Cow and the great resource that it is. Being bugged by misspellings is certainly not enough to make me want to unsubscribe. I do seem to notice them everywhere. I don’t know if it’s a blessing or a curse. I would be happy to help by proofreading any articles you want to send my way.

Yes, I enjoyed the article too. The typos kinda bugged me though. The word “lose” was spelled “loose” three times!
